About the Soo Market

Formerly the Mill Market, the Soo Market is a not for profit organization, operating as a registered farmers’ market in Sault Ste. Marie since 2014.

In support of a vibrant and sustainable Northern Ontario community:

• We act as a hub for local residents and visitors to access and celebrate locally-grown processed food and quality handmade goods.
• We support food producers and processors, as well as crafters and artists, by providing vendor booth space, market management, advertising and online support.
• We provide excess produce free to those in need in cooperation with Connect the Dots and Harvest Algoma.

By enjoying our fresh farm produce, you’re empowering hard working local farmers. Likewise, when you pick up a beautiful artisanal creation, you’re also contributing to the preservation of our local traditions and artistic heritage.
